Successful CRI participation in international events

The Center for Research and Innovation (CRI) of Viña Concha y Toro was invited to participate in two major international events to inform about the progress of its various projects and research.

Felipe Gainza, R & D + i Leader in Molecular Biology, comments: ‘Having participated in the X Latin American Congress on Mycology we were able to use this instance as a scientific showcase to inform about the applied research we are carrying out. This, with an applied focus, where we can show the scientific community specialized in the study of fungi, how the industry can develop technological solutions that contribute to the understanding of the diseases that produce this type of microorganisms.’

The second event was the Contrarian Agriculture Series, a cycle of agricultural innovation talks that took place on 15 December in Brazil, where the Director of the CRI, Álvaro González, presented to 3 thousands participants online the different projects carried out by the Center in this area.
